Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (chopped into pieces)
- 10 dried chillies (ground)
- 1 large onion (sliced round)
- 2 cloves garlic (sliced)
- green chillies (chopped)
- small ginger (sliced)
- vinegar
- sweet soy sauce
- oil for frying
Method
Heat oil then fry the pieces of chicken until half-cooked, remove from wok. Saute sliced and chopped ingredients until fragrant. Then, add in chillies, vinegar and soy sauce. Add back the chicken then continue to stir-fry until cooked. Happy cooking guys!
