You need:
- Garlic (I like it with garlic)
- Chicken stock (I use cubes because it's easier)
- Sweetcorn
- Egg
- Cornstarch (optional; I personally prefer it without).
- Salt
- White pepper
Steps:
- Chop garlic finely
- Boil water (well, duh)
- Add chicken stock
- Throw the sweetcorn in
- Now, add the egg in while the soup is bubbling/boiling. You need the egg to cook immediately to get the stringy effect. Keep stirring while the egg is slowly poured in.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Add cornstarch if desired to make it thick.
- SERVE!
